During the days of SRLM in MP and executing the VMOSA process with a CLF in Kondagaon, as part of whole process I also did visioning for myself, and it came out to be a Very interesting process that everyone must do with themselves. Visioning generates a common goal, hope, and encouragement. Offers a possibility for fundamental change, gives people a sense of control on their individual path. gives a group something to move toward, and generates creative thinking and passion. In moving toward a vision, an Individual will be likely to encounter several problems to solve. A problem is something negative to move away from, whereas a vision is something positive to move toward. So, Visioning is from the future to today. Problem- solving is from today to tomorrow. Visioning becomes important for any organization while addressing the member's patronage with values, strategy, system, and processes. The visioning exercise supports the organization to design and deliver the services and products as per members' requirements. For The CLFs, it will also create the opportunity to make linkages with the relevant stakeholders as well developing the internal resources to maintain the desired changes. Happy Visioning 🌾 #ruraldevelopment #ruralindia #selfhelpgroups #lakhpatididi #communitydevelopment

Entrepreneurs don't leave any stone unturned till they finish the mission. I am talking about honourable Mr. Narendra Modi, our Prime Minister who has been elected for 3rd time and has a mission of New India. Today, he is taking oath for PM and a historic success. The senior founders (whose IPO listed their startups or became unicorns) already know making a STRONG foundation the first few years before scaling faster is highly important and involves many groundwork tasks. India has become that startup with the last 10 years of groundwork before it scales to become ... the first largest economy in the world. Let's join him today to drive... "Entrepreneurial India" "Startup India" PS: You can not run away from his positive vibes :) Thankful and proud India. #PMoath #StartupIndia
A New Era Begins Today as PM Modi takes oath for an historic 3rd successive time leading a dynamic & talented team of leaders in #NDA (National Democratic Alliance). Hon PM Narendra Modi is known to work both in the #Corporate & #Startup style in his tenures since 2014. This short clipping should give the industry a glimpse of his #Leadership capability and why #Bharat will benefit significantly even in the new era of #coalitions and #partnerships in #NDA for #ViksitBharat 🇮🇳🚩 NDA means... N- New India🇮🇳 D- Developed India🇮🇳 A- Aspirational India🇮🇳 Next 25 years Bharat will witness an era where the Youth, Women and Common man will have the confidence to "Dream New Dreams" backed by the "Roadmap" & "Commitment" of Modi 3.0. #sanatanwisdom #bharat The changing style of LEADERSHIP for new BHARAT The 19th Century was of British This century was a time of tremendous growth, prosperity, and change for the British Empire, which reached the height of its military power and political influence by the end of this period. During this century we saw many great writers, poets, singers, etc. During this period Leadership was limited to individual The 20th Century was of USA This century was a time of rapid urbanization and industrialization that emerged from World War I in 1918. The US, emerged as an important global player, and by the end of World War II in 1945, it was one of the global superpowers setting the stage for weapon, oil, and pharma dominance and industrial revolution. The industries started mushrooming all over US and Europe followed by Asia. New technology started coming in such as Radio, phones, TV, cars, etc. The need of this period was a Leader who can run the industry within the close walls and business family 21st Century is of BHARAT From Individual to Industry, the world moved into a more collaborative style of work. The walls came down and as TV reached every home with a smartphone in everyone’s hand, the World moved to a total freedom of collaborative nature. The offices are more work from home and information flow is faster than your thought process. Nothing can be hidden now and no information can be suppressed. This brings a huge challenge for Leaders of new-generation industries and businesses. The Leadership needs to change to collaborative. More listening, teamwork, ethics, and patience are required without losing out focus on the core objective. Today an unknown person sitting in a remote place can be a billionaire in no time India today is ready to take a giant leap in the future be it in Technology, people management, strategy, or business management. But unfortunately, to meet this new age challenge we don’t have enough leaders. The Leader produced by top business schools around the world are Managers, not Leaders What is required for being a successful LEADER? To Lead your organization in New BHARAT and changing world and to lead a meaningful life So the question is are you ready to be a future LEADER? continued as the 1st comment.....

Growth at all costs?... FIITJEE Profit/loss : FY21 : +57 Cr, FY 23 : -69 Cr FIITJEE Revenue : FY21 : 461 Cr, FY 23 : 542 Cr Allen profit : FY 23 : 429 cr Allen Revenue : FY 23 : 2277 cr Offline coaching, with its negative working capital and predictable demand, should be a strong business model. FIITJEE's losses were surprising as they survived pandemic's disruption of offline coaching, yet face challenges in a favorable market. This reinforces the critical need to have leadership that is strong at understanding the P&L consequences of their decisions and a finance leadership who is strong at arranging funds in emergency situations. #strategy #growth #testprep
