Today, I am over the moon to unveil a project that has been incredibly fun to work on this past year, authored by the exceptional Elena Klonsky - "Building a Regenerative Future," ReGen Ventures' first Regeneration Manifesto. This Manifesto presents a glimpse into the future of regeneration - unveiling the potential of early-stage companies to reframe climate change as an opportunity to rethink who we are and what we desire. I often ask people two questions: What is your gift, and what is your challenge? I believe that with dedication and consistency, we can unlock many gifts and solve numerous challenges. 🌱 Here's what my gift is: It's about bringing people together and unlocking potential. 🌟 Four years ago, I got involved in the co-creation of the Patio Network. It has become my favorite case study in the power of unity. With over 1500 representatives from 25 countries, all of us co-owners of our businesses, we are bringing something truly remarkable - catalysts for change together. All the effort is worth it when we see the results of our collaborative projects. Whether it's creating portals for hospitals, digitalizing university methodologies, implementing AI for efficiency, or partnering with startups to bring their ideas to life, the impact is truly rewarding. We offer technical expertise for sustainable businesses, drive the digitalization of social projects, and, most importantly, solve complex challenges. I would love to know, what is your challenge. It has been 7 years since a small team, out of frustration, had the idea of how to make the impact of our projects last. Performative allyship is a deeply nuanced structural reality that is part and parcel to 0.12% of black founders receiving access to the $285 billion in venture capital dollars deployed in 2023.
