“Can’t I just drink a shake and call it a day?” I used to think so. I drank them, brought them to restaurants, to family events and packed them when I went on holidays - and I sold them. And yes, I did lose weight. But here’s what I didn’t lose: ❌ The stress of navigating social situations where food was involved. ❌ The frustration of feeling like my “plan” didn’t fit my real life. ❌ The unhealthy mindset that food was something to control, not enjoy. Using meal replacement shakes can help you lose weight, but they won’t teach you how to handle an unexpected dinner invite, a stressful day, or even your own hunger cues. For me, the shakes weren’t the issue—they actually tasted pretty good - nothing like a chocolate shake for breakfast! The problem was I didn't learn how to nourish my body without the shakes - so when I stopped buying them (they were expensive!), I found myself exactly where I was before I started the program. What actually works - for me and for you? 🟢 Building habits that fit your life. 🟢 Creating flexibility in your choices without guilt or shame. 🟢 Finding a rhythm that allows you to enjoy food and still feel good in your body. That’s the philosophy behind my 12-week Healthy Habits Reset Program, starting January 20th. No products to buy. No rigid rules to follow. Just real, sustainable change. If you’re tired of plans that work until they don’t, DM me “RESET,” and I’ll send you all the details. Because you don’t need another quick fix. You need a way forward. 💛 BTW -- incorporating a healthy meal replacement shake into your day isn't a bad thing! They can come in very handy on busy days, on days when you simply don't want to cook anything. It's not about NEVER using them. It's about using them as a tool - not the whole solution. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A pic from our trip to Cuba in 2018. I'd just started the two-shake a day program - and yes, I brought my shakes along and had two-a-day!

SHARE THIS if you’re tired of fighting your body! 💪🏼 The version of me that fought my body daily looked like this: ❌ Obsessively weighing myself every morning ❌ Restrictive diets that left me hungry and irritable ❌ Counting every calorie and macro ❌ Constantly feeling overwhelmed & anxious about food My whole mood, my whole day, depended on the number on the scale. I was exhausted, anxious, and honestly? Extremely disconnected from my body. But then came the day I decided to step away from the scale and just... listen to my body. Instead of my usual restrictive meal plan, I ate what my body was craving - a nourishing breakfast with eggs and avocado toast. The result? I felt energized all morning and tackled my day with focus. That simple act of listening to my body was the first step in my journey to trusting myself. HERE’S THE TRUTH: Your body knows what it needs. When you stop fighting it and start listening, you unlock instant energy and confidence. So, are you going to keep following every piece of “expert advice” and stay on that boring diet or are you ready to let your body do what it was made to do… And tell you what it needs? Make sure you SHARE this with a friend bc a healthy lifestyle is best when shared with those you love 🫶🏼

Struggling to Make Healthy Habits Stick? Here’s How to Succeed in 2025! 🌟 Let’s be honest – we’ve all started a new healthy habit, only to watch it fizzle out faster than leftover Christmas fizz! But building healthy habits that actually last doesn’t have to feel impossible. Here’s how to make 2025 the year you smash it: ✨ Start Small, Think Big Rome wasn’t built in a day, and your dream lifestyle won’t be either. Ditch the massive goals and go for bite-sized wins instead. Want to eat more veg? Start by adding one veggie meal to your week – then grow from there. Small changes lead to big results! ✨ Make It Fun If it feels like a chore, it’ll never last. Hate almonds? Don’t force them down! Find healthy swaps you enjoy – whether that’s strawberries over apples or salsa dancing over jogging. ✨ Plan to Succeed Healthy habits don’t just “happen.” Take a moment each week to map out your meals or pencil in time for that brisk walk. A little prep goes a long way! ✨ Stack Your Habits Already brushing your teeth every morning? Why not add a gratitude moment to your routine? Pairing new habits with existing ones makes them easier to stick with. ✨ Plan for Hurdles Cravings on a Friday night? Know it’ll happen and have a plan ready – like a bubble bath, a movie, or even an early bedtime. And remember, slipping up is part of the process. Be kind to yourself and keep moving forward. 💡 Quick Habits to Try in 2025: • Drink 8 glasses of water a day • Walk for 30 minutes, 5 days a week • Plan your meals every Sunday • Write 5 things you’re grateful for daily • Wear sunscreen before heading out (yes, even in the UK!) Remember: Habits aren’t about perfection; they’re about progress. Keep going, keep growing, and let’s make 2025 your healthiest, happiest year yet! 💪✨ What’s your first habit to tackle? Share below and let’s do this together! 🥦🚶♀️

Winter Wellness for You and Your Family ❄️ As the chill sets in, it's easy to forget how much power the right habits can have in keeping us healthy. This winter, let's do more than just stay cozy—let's boost our immune systems and stay energized the natural way! Start your day with something simple but powerful—a warm cup of ginger tea or a turmeric shot. These small steps fuel your body and keep you feeling fresh. Add garlic to your meals—it’s an easy way to fight off those seasonal bugs. Plus, it’s great in soups, stews, and even roasted veggies. And don't forget the magic of raw honey—a little spoonful in your tea or on your toast adds a touch of sweetness and a ton of benefits. Sleep is the ultimate immune booster, so give yourself permission to wind down early and enjoy those long winter nights of rest. Finally, even when it's cold outside, make time to step out, breathe fresh air, and get your body moving. A short walk, a game outside, anything to get the blood flowing! 💁♀️ Sticking to healthy habits can feel like a challenge when life gets busy. One easy solution I love is prepping smoothie packs ahead of time. Take a few minutes on Sunday to assemble a few bags of your favorite smoothie ingredients—think fruits, greens, protein powder, or even some flax seeds. That way, all you have to do in the morning is grab a bag from the freezer, toss it in the blender with some liquid, and you’re set. It saves time, reduces decision-making, and ensures you start your day with something healthy. ❤️ Do you have a favorite smoothie combo you swear by? I’d love to hear what you add to yours. 🙂 For more wellness hacks, please visit https://lnkd.in/g8edcGZq.
