Efficient dust suppression and indirect concrete curing through high-rise water spraying with crane-mounted sprayers Water spraying over high-rise towers under construction, using sprayers mounted below a tower crane boom, serves two key purposes: dust suppression and indirect curing. The sprayers help control airborne dust generated during construction activities, improving air quality and ensuring safety for workers and nearby residents. Additionally, the water mist indirectly supports the curing process of exposed concrete surfaces, maintaining adequate moisture levels to prevent cracking and ensure proper strength development. By integrating the sprayers with the crane's reach, this method provides an efficient, wide-range water distribution system, covering large areas of the building with minimal manual effort, making it an effective solution for large-scale construction projects. video rights : Respective owners DM for removal/credits #buildings #towercrane #construction #civilengineering #civilconstruction #civilengineer #engenharia #engenhariacivil #engenheiro #engenheirocivil #technology

The use of crane-mounted water sprayers is not only an innovative solution but also a testament to how technology continues to enhance safety and efficiency in construction. These kinds of advancements protect both workers and nearby residents while optimizing critical processes like concrete curing, potentially leading to more durable and sustainable structures in the long run.

je me disais aussi que c’était trop génereux de faire ça pour rafraichir les ouvriers par grandes chaleurs, évidement que c'est pour le béton, sui je bête

If you water them long enough and they get enough sunlight the buildings can grow on their own.

This solution cannot be executed in the city of Mumbai where mostly projects is in between densely populated area.

No doubt can suppress the dust issue but may create a water ponding problem. I just guess.

That’s kind of cool. It can help with heat prevention under the right circumstances. Thinking outside the box

No lo quiero ni pensar, con este sistema (seguramente tan novedoso y eficaza) nos quitan la jornada intensiva en los meses de verano.

very nice ... But it is possible where water supply is plentiful. Conversely, where water is scarce, it can be expensive...
