📢 We’re Hiring for our Client ! 📢 ▶ Position : Administrator 📍 Location: Dubai 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 💲 Salary : 3000 AED & Above based on experience. Responsibilities : Office Management: Oversee daily operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance. Communication: Answer and direct calls, handle mail, and manage email correspondence. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Documentation: Prepare and manage documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Data Entry: Maintain and organize records in databases and spreadsheets, and assist with data entry tasks. Support: Provide administrative support, including report preparation, research, and special projects. Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients, address inquiries, and ensure a professional environment. Financial Administration: Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree 2. Minimum 1-3 years' background of proposal preparation, customer communication, presentation work experience in a Valve Industry on related field 3. Experience in UAE & Middle east countries is an advantage. 4. Good communication skills 5. Good knowledge in MS Office & MS Excel 6.
