Rachel Cossar and I first connected in 2019—just before the COVID pandemic. Little did I know then that our conversation on non-verbal behavior, presence, and leadership would become even more relevant as the world shifted to virtual communication.   Since that first meeting, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Rachel on various initiatives. She has brought her expertise in virtual presence to my executive participants at IMD, helping them to understand and master the unique language of connection in a digital world. Every interaction Rachel has had with them has not only received outstanding reviews, but participants also walked away with practical, actionable tools that they could immediately apply in their leadership practices. I also am in awe of how she is using AI to enhance leaders' understanding of their verbal and non-verbal strengths and weaknesses.   In the ever-evolving and often turbulent landscape in which my executive participants must lead, I look forward to continuing to work with Rachel.
