Play is in all we do. Even as adults sometimes we can forget that playfulness opens the mind and derails negative thoughts. It's important to encourage fun not just in the younger age ranges, but in all aspects of life for better work/life balance and mental health. It has potential to lead to better problem solving, creativity, 'outside the box' entrepreneur thinking, motivation and so much more... Play should not be limited by age - it just might look different as we get older. Simple changes can be so effective! #play #fun #business
