In early-stage product development, you can choose between the Waterfall or Lean Startup approach: 1. 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹: Plan everything upfront—great for predictability, but risky if the market shifts. 2. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽: Test, learn, and adapt. Build a basic product, get customer feedback, iterate. It’s agile and aligns with what customers actually want. For startups, Lean is the way to go.
