What does practical support look like? Think flexible working arrangements that consider energy ebbs and flows and fun, educational workshops - let's ensure our managers are as savvy about menopause as they are about their KPIs. This can keep everyone cool, calm, and collected. Creating an inclusive culture that openly discusses perimenopause and menopause can transform it from taboo to typical water cooler chat. Such transparency doesn’t just build trust; it knits a stronger, more empathetic team fabric. If your workplace wellness program hasn't yet embraced a strategy for women’s health, it’s time for a refresh. Prospera Corporate Wellness is here to guide your company towards a healthier, more inclusive future. Let’s connect and start making those office hours productive and pleasant for everyone. #workplacewellness #womenshealth #HRLeaders #EmployeeWellbeing #MenopauseSupport #DiversityAndInclusion #Leadership #HealthAtWork #CorporateWellness

🚀 October was a whirlwind month for the Kinetic Health & Wellbeing team! 🚀 From big projects to personal milestones, it’s been incredible to witness our team’s passion and commitment to enhancing health and wellbeing in our workplace. It’s not just about wellness initiatives; it’s about fostering a culture where each step (literally!) counts toward better wellbeing for all. Here’s a quick recap of what we accomplished in October: 🔹 People & Safety Month – Kinetic’s very first! This huge team effort, with significant contributions from our Health & Wellbeing team, put our people & their wellbeing front and center. 🔹 BUStamove Step Challenge – Our first-ever step challenge saw over 500 participants collectively log more than 113 million steps! Hats off to Jessica Buchanan for her outstanding work in making this a massive success with prizes, motivation, and so much enthusiasm! 🔹 Deskercise Stretch Sessions – Led by Charmaine DeSouza, who kept our teams active and stretched with dedicated sessions and materials distributed throughout the month. 🔹 Health Webinars – From understanding psychosocial hazards to navigating menopause at work, we partnered with experts to deliver impactful, informative sessions. 🔹 WorkWell Conference – It was inspiring to connect with industry leaders and bring back fresh insights on workplace health, safety & wellbeing. 🔹 National Workers’ Compensation Program Renewal – A complex project completed seamlessly thanks to the expertise of Winnie Huynh. And on a personal note… I learned how to drive a bus and proudly obtained my MR License! 🚍 👏 I am so proud of the teamwork, passion, and dedication shown by everyone involved. Here’s to building on this momentum for the rest of 2024. Can’t wait to see what we achieve together! #TeamKinetic #WellbeingAtWork #SafetyFirst #ProudMoment #Collaboration
