Imagine a busy Hiring Manager with a packed inbox, with an abundance of summaries stating: “X Recruiting Agency is asking you to consider their services for your current opening” Idk about you, but IMO that email will probably go 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘮, sending all of the personalization and hard work with it. The key for agencies that aren’t brand new is to 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, so that the summary will be enough to catch the client’s attention, thanks to their past positive experience with you. Gmail’s isn’t helping with their deliverability, so in summary to prepare for the cold outbound email reform, it’s time to dig your CRM and make sure you can find 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 and experiences.
