Most salespeople work harder when deals get harder to close. They double down on their pitch. Perfect their objection handling. Learn new closing techniques. Meanwhile, elite operators just change their market. They understand that selling ice to Eskimos isn't impressive. Selling ice to people dying of thirst in the desert - that's where the money is.
