✨ Here's why I always use flash outdoors, even in perfect sunlight. This isn't about adding more light - it's about creating better light! Trust me, I hear this ALL the time! But here's the truth: outdoor flash isn't about more light - it's about BETTER light. Let me show you how a simple flash can: - Make eyes pop with catchlights - Fill in harsh shadows - Create dimension in flat light - Control your background exposure The secret? Set your camera to aperture priority (I love f/2.5!) and let TTL flash do the heavy lifting 📸 Join my free off-camera flash masterclass: http://bit.ly/4dHy7FC#PortraitPhotography #FlashPhotography #PhotographerLife #BehindTheLens #LearnPhotography

You're offering off camera flash course yet shooting with the flash on camera in this clip?

It's a great technique that can create slightly surreal images with the right balance of flash and ambient lifting out the primary subject. And high speed sync makes it more useable in very bright conditions. Use of manual exposure settings with iTTL flashes on HSS gives a lot of control. Looking forward to your other videos Vanessa.

Just like in drawing or painting, it’s the subtle details or minor change/addition in lighting that make the final result look its best. Nice tip Vanessa Joy .

Be true to who you are. If it’s too good to be true it generally is. Don’t judge a book by its cover.
