Riversgold Limited (ASX:RGL) non-executive director Ed Mead joins Proactive’s Tylah Tully to discuss new high-grade gold results the company has received from aircore drilling at the Northern Zone Gold Project in Western Australia. Drilling has confirmed a 600-metre-wide porphyry system hosting shallow #OxideGold mineralisation. A highlight was 8 metres at 4.86 g/t gold from 34 metres, which included 4 metres at 5.09 g/t, 1 metre at 18.22 g/t and 1 metre at 17.96 g/t. Additional results include 6 metres at 3.13 g/t from 30 metres and 5 metres at 3.74 g/t from 31 metres. The company aims to complete a mineralisation report by month-end, followed by a Mining Lease application. Great day at Laiva Gold mine with investors yesterday… here is part of what you could build with $400m. The AG mill (Autogenous Grinding mill) and pebble mill which take case of the secondary and tertiary grinding processes before a number of other processes including cetrefugal, floatation, CIL (Carbon-in-leach) process before going to the gold room for pouring with the excess going to the tailings facilities. Liberty Gold Corp. (TSX:LGD; OTCQX:LGDTF) recently announced the initial Preliminary Feasibility Study results for its Black Pine oxide #gold project in #Idaho, demonstrating a 17-year mine life, and $522M after-tax NPV(5%), with a 32% after-tax IRR and a 3.3-year #payback period at a US$2,000 per ounce gold price. Black Pine is expected to be an open pit, run-of-mine (no crushing) heap leach operation with an initial capex of $327M and an average annual production of 183,000 ounces of gold in years 1 to 5. AISC is estimated to be $1,205 and $1,380 per ounce of gold for years 1 to 5 and during the LOM, respectively. Watch here ▶️ https://lnkd.in/e927hUfB GoldStone Resources Limited (AIM:GRL), the mining and development company with projects in Ghana, has updated investors on how its upgraded Gold processing plant at its Homase Gold Project in south-western Ghana has improved heap-leach gold recovery rates from 34% to circa 68%, enabling the Company to target 1,000 ounces of Gold production per month. “We've got average grades of 1.1 grams a tonne and people can very simply do the maths of what the contained gold is going to be agglomerated and stacked on that heap. “We have some decent grades in this project, not in the oxide cap that we're mining currently, but obviously as the deposit goes deeper, we get into fresh ore that is predominantly non-refractory, which is a big bonus.” Commented Emma, CEO of GoldStone.
