We’re scaling up innovation and empowering the young tech community through Tomorrow Street’s #ScaleUpX programme 🚀    During our Scaleup X event in late October, rapidly expanding tech businesses chatted with Vodafone leaders and showcased their achievements whilst on the project.    Three of the companies that have participated for two years shared their thoughts with us on how the scheme has helped them grow and how their solutions have been put into practice within Vodafone.    Hear more about their exciting work here ⤵️ https://lnkd.in/erYcD7Ye   (Photography by Dominika Montonen-Koivisto)   #Technology #Tech #ScaleUps #Innovation #Entrepreneurship #Parternship

Wow, for anybody thinking of using Vodafone for their business phones, please reconsider. I placed an order last week to open a new business account with themBut honestly, I wish I hadn’t. I placed the order online for a new account and handset, including next day delivery. They then asked for some information from my business for credit checks, and said I wouldn’t be charged until it was completed. I sent all of that and they then took the money from my account. But rather than my handset arriving, they sent me an email saying my account had been flagged for fraud and asked for some further information. Ok, no problem, I sent that also. The email said I’d get a response within an hour of sending the info, yet this morning I am told by Vodafone that they don’t know how long it will take, might be completed by 29th November. And that I should call the fraud team. The fraud team then tell me that it probably will be completed by maybe 1st December and no matter what the outcome, my order will be cancelled. Also, they have keep my money. Absolutely outrageous service and I can only assume Vodafone don’t have the phones to provide and instead are trying to improve cash flow by taking money and not fulfilling orders
