I'm thrilled to be quoted alongside former #State AGs, Douglas Gansler and Rob McKenna, in this insightful article by The Seattle Times. The piece delves into how Bob Ferguson, during his tenure as Washington Attorney General, significantly expanded his Office's capacity and focus on consumer protection and antitrust actions, while also exploring the broader implications of his aggressive scrutiny of the business community and its impact on his gubernatorial campaign. This is excellent reporting by Paul Roberts, and I'm grateful to be part of this important discussion. #StateAG20

When the appointed solution is a major part of the problem, this is the result. Gensler should be ashamed of himself. It is quite ironic that the people put in position to help the masses are the ones who cause the masses much pain and suffering. Caribbean leaders take note. Do what you were appointed to do on behalf of the people. Facilitate growth instead of finding or creating 1 million reasons to hinder progress. Let’s make a plan to create 100 millionaires. Be a part of the solution and not the problem. Politics can be such an asset with the right people and policies in place. #caribbeanfinancialrevolution #caribbeanprogress #onecaribbean #change #growth
Reality check: US Congressman Tom Emmer tells SEC Chair Gary Gensler "we could not have had a more historically destructive or lawless chairman of the SEC." Bravo!
