We recently sat down with our Operations Manager, Zoltan, to talk all things Vogt. Dive into the interview below! Vogt: What do you think makes Vogt a unique place to work? Zoltan: Vogt stands out for its strong commitment to innovation. It feels like a place where everyone's ideas matter, regardless of role or tenure. The team culture is highly collaborative, which leads to creative problem-solving and a shared drive to deliver outstanding results. Vogt: What’s a skill you've developed or improved since joining Vogt? Zoltan: Since joining Vogt, I've developed my managerial skills significantly. Working here has pushed me to be both efficient and detail-oriented, especially when balancing multiple priorities. Additionally, Vogt's culture has encouraged me to balance strategic vision with a practical approach, enhancing my skills in delegating tasks and making informed decisions that align with our goals. Vogt: What's your favourite work memory with Vogt? Zoltan: One of my favorite memories is the launch of the Mond collection at both Toronto and Vancouver IDS. The response from the public was phenomenal. So it was rewarding to see our hard work finally come together, and there was a sense of accomplishment that brought the team even closer. It’s moments like these that make Vogt a special place to work. Vogt: How do you like to unwind after a day at work? Zoltan: After a busy day, I enjoy cooking, or catching up on a good book. It helps me clear my mind and recharge for the next day.

Joining a company reflects your aspirations for personal growth. Starting a company reflects your vision for enabling others to grow.

Working in logistics means you see and experience a lot. But the most interesting part? Working with people from all over the world. What can be considered normal in the Netherlands, isn't casual in Sweden. Every country and region has its valued behavior and expectations. Take, for example, the directness we Dutch are known for. Some cultures appreciate it, while others don’t. How do you handle this in an international company? You need to find some common values. At ColliCare, we’ve defined core values that shape our company culture: -Humor (for me, the most important one): Enjoy your work -Reliability: Be someone others can trust—both colleagues and customers -Respect: Show respect in every situation -Work Smart: Find ways to work smarter than the competition Humor, for example, is universal. A smile is understood everywhere. Reliability and respect are appreciated in every culture. And working smart? Well, that speaks for itself in our industry. By keeping these values in focus, we create a work environment where everyone feels welcome.

9 out of 10 managers admit that the team is the secret weapon of their success. The ability to attract and retain quality staff is critical to a company's success. A strong team can win you satisfied and loyal customers, but it can also help you grow your business. Building a team that works cohesively towards a common goal is far from an easy task. It takes patience and care for each team member to make them feel good. The opportunity for employees to spend time together outside of the office/work space improves communication, increases collaboration and boosts trust between them, contributing to a happier and more cohesive team. 🤩 And happy employees are motivated employees. This weekend, the CargoRadar.eu team had the opportunity to spend time in the nature, away from the big city and the hustle and bustle. No Work. No pressure. And (almost) no phones. Just laughter, walks and good mood. This week, we're back in action. Motivated and united, ready to conquer new heights. And how do you look after your teams? #cargoradar #team #teamwork #success

At Blue Hawke we don't just hire employees or staff, we bring on team members who we believe in and trust. Our philosophy is simple: hire the best, and ensure they are well taken care of. Here’s how we make sure our team thrives: 1. We Prioritize Trust Over Micromanagement: When you join our team, you’re part of a family. We don’t get caught up in the minutiae of where you’re going or why you need time off. If someone isn’t feeling well or needs personal time, we respect their privacy and trust them to handle their responsibilities, and we believe in the integrity and honesty of our team members. 2. Focus on Deliverables: Our approach is results-oriented. We align tasks and deadlines in a way that’s achievable and automated. This means our work gets done efficiently without the need for constant oversight. We prioritize work, not excuses, ensuring that everyone can focus on achieving their goals. 3. A Culture of Mutual Respect: We’ve never fired anyone from our team, regardless of the challenges that arise. Our team members are valued for their contributions, and we believe in supporting them through ups and downs. This approach creates a positive and productive work environment where everyone feels valued. 4. Taking Care of Each Other: When you take care of your people, they’ll take care of you. Our team’s well-being is a top priority, and this mutual respect and care lead to a stronger, more committed team. Our commitment to a family-like atmosphere ensures that everyone can thrive and contribute their best work. This philosophy fosters a supportive environment where trust and respect are paramount. #TeamCulture #TrustOverMicromanagement #ResultsDriven #SupportiveWorkplace #TeamWellbeing #MutualRespect #FamilyFirst #WorkplaceHarmony

A year ago this week I got a phone call from Kelsey P. that legitimately changed my life forever. After a long time hoping to work at Osano, a company I had gotten the chance to admire from afar, she was calling to let me know that an offer was coming my way for my dream role at the dream company. It dawned on me almost immediately how big a moment this was. A combination of luck, determination, and even more luck had landed me in a different world entirely. Osano is a company that thinks differently than most companies. They care so deeply about their customers, their products, and their employees - but even more about doing the right thing. I get to see this first hand daily. Our team is truly special. A few weeks ago, I got to spend time in person with them in Chicago and it just reminded me of how incredibly lucky I feel to go to work with these people who are not only experts in their fields, but legitimately cool people as well. I haven't lost sight since day 1 of how unusual it is to really love going to work everyday and really admire the folks I work with. Getting here required a lot of luck and I'm sure that luck will continue to play a role in my future success here at Osano, but I'm perfectly fine with that. I thought about tagging some of the Osanians most important to me as a public thank you to them here, but tagging every person at the company would be rather cumbersome, I think. However, if you want the chance to get to know some of the incredible people I work with daily, I strongly recommend heading over to https://lnkd.in/g8NcUp_Z and applying to work here. I promise you won't regret it. We currently have roles open for a Senior Account Executive and a Strategic Account Executive. If you're a fit for either of those roles, I think you'll struggle to find a better team than ours to join.

As my career matures, I've grown to truly appreciate team members who keep the atmosphere light. The ability to laugh at ourselves softens the blow of tough work conversations and the decisions we face daily. It’s what keeps me motivated to return each day. We’re not surgeons—this isn’t life or death. It IS possible to have fun at work. It could be a perfectly timed emoji, gracefully owning a late delivery, or asking about someone’s day. The examples are endless. This post celebrates this value and shines a light on four clients who exemplify it. Truth be told, all our clients are fantastic in their unique ways. 😘 Introducing the "Good Human Award." Congratulations to some standout individuals: Erin Glabets - the OG Good Human. Thank you for consistently treating us like experts, owning your rare mistakes, and making us feel like true partners in this journey. Katelyn Marcus - Your collaboration brings creativity to life effortlessly. Thank you for being wonderfully supportive and light-hearted. Joe Aunce - Your slack chatter is full of energy and well crafted humor. We appreciate you. Chris Bedi - Your humor lights up our meetings. Thanks for keeping things fun. Here’s to the good humans who make work feel a little less like work! #clientspotlight #goodhuman
