Collaboration is crucial. I believe that it’s crucially important that the developers of digital mental health products consult the end users of their products. It’s only when we work together that we will build products that work for therapists and their clients/patients. Therapists…do get in touch with Louise to share your expertise and help develop a digital mental health product that makes a difference.

Delighted to shortly be holding our first call with a therapy practitioner to chat about WorryTree and how we can make it better for patients and therapists alike! We're focused at the moment on refining WorryTree for UK-based therapists to support their patients specifically dealing with Generalised Anxiety Disorder. Would you be willing to share your thoughts? We’re setting up 30 to 40 minute calls with experienced therapists to hear how WorryTree can better fit into your practice. In return, we’ll feature your practice on our website (if you’d like), and you’ll receive insights from our findings to support your work. If you're not sure what this is all about but I've piqued your interest, please do message me to find out more. 🙏

🌱 At Heartfelt Family Living, we know that a child’s environment plays a powerful role in their development, shaping not only their early years but their lifelong health and wellness. Research shows that, even before birth, the places where children live, grow, and play can deeply affect their developing minds and bodies. The conditions they experience—their home, neighborhood, and community—can either support or hinder their health, influencing physical, mental, and emotional well-being for years to come. Building a healthy foundation for our children and families goes beyond just nutrition; it’s about creating safe, nurturing spaces that promote positive growth, connection, and resilience. This includes understanding how different environments interact with social and family influences, all of which contribute to our children’s development and overall family wellness. At Heartfelt, we believe in supporting families through knowledge and advocacy, helping build environments where every child can flourish. By coming together, we can create spaces that nurture each child’s potential, while also ensuring that the foundations of health, from nutrition to social connections, are strong for everyone in the family. Let’s build a future where every family grows together in health, harmony, and resilience. 🌟 #FamilyWellness #EarlyChildhoodDevelopment #BuildingHealthyFoundations
As noted in the recent advisory from the Surgeon General, parents and caregivers face many stressors that can impact their mental health and well-being, which can affect the health and well-being of the children in their care. We must work together across policy domains to provide caregivers the support they need, including access to safe, stable housing, green space, and more. When we support caregivers, we are supporting their ability to care for the young children in their lives. Learn more: https://bit.ly/3ZtjEWK.

Taking care of a loved one can take a lot of work and it's easy to put their needs above your own. Caregivers are less likely than others to get preventative health services, like annual checkups, and to practice regular self-care. As a result, they are at a greater risk of physical and mental issues. It's important to prioritize self-care so that you can be there for your loved one. It's also important to have others around you supporting when they can. You shouldn't have to live in fear of 'what if something happens to me while I'm caring for my loved one'. Let CheckinBee provide some peace of mind and a safety net while you focus on you and that long-awaited annual checkup.
