Scaling-up HELIOtube Production: Pioneering the Future of Sustainable Industrial Heat At HELIOVIS, we understand that meaningful change requires bold steps. To make a substantial contribution to CO2 reduction in the industrial sector, we are transitioning from small-scale production to fully automated tube manufacturing on a large scale. As our current semi-automatic production process is not sufficiently scalable, we are adapting our joining techniques and manufacturing equipment, actively leveraging external expert knowledge to speed up the process. Our team recently unveiled a 1:3 scale collector model, showcasing innovative geometries that enable the implementation of large-scale manufacturing techniques. This model embodies automation-friendly design principles and enhanced energy efficiency, paving the way for future generations of HELIOtubes. We are confident that with a manageable investment, we can establish a manufacturing facility capable of producing nearly 200 HELIOtubes per year.
