If you struggle with context switching (like me), but your role depends on it, here are some things that help: 1. Change the music genre before changing the task. 2. Write out what you did for that specific task in a notebook/note taking app. 3. Timebox tasks and set boundaries with people. Communication is key.

On a larger scale, AM and PM “fake commutes” have done wonders for me!

I think these are great tips for highly distracted folks too!
