In order to serve, you need to share or convey your thoughts emphatically. it's definitely a skillset that's worth to build up along our career years. whenever i came across an articulate speakers, couldn't help myself to ask them tips and tricks. i would get the same advice; "practice, speak out, be out there, engage, do mistake and you will learnt from it." and then they added, "extra-curricular pays off" 🤣 #communicationskills
