Technology at its best!!

This is the result of the transformation of a Doosan 530, a 53 ton machine which after the transformation reaches 70 tons assembled. Here we have modified the undercarriage and made it hydraulically expandable, with our cylindrical extension system and self-lubricating bushings. The two side members have been lengthened to increase stability. We manufactured the base arm by creating the housing of the third lifting cylinder, mounted on the same axis as the two external cylinders. We cut the cab base to make it tiltable and added support for the central cylinder. We applied a certified FOPS cabin protection, which is hydraulically tilting too, to make easier cleaning the windscreen. By means of our quick coupling system with hydraulic pins, the digging arm can be replaced with the demolition arm, which in this machine reaches a height of 27 meters with a 3-ton tool We have also created a 4 meter extension that can be applied to reach a pin height of 31 meters with a 2,500 kg tool. In this case the hydraulic counterweight detachment system has also been applied, elegantly hidden by the appropriate external casing. We’re proud to share a successful project completed on a #FlareLine in Scotland where TEAM, Inc. UK used a 48” cutter along with an #Inflatable #Linestop. Here's a glimpse into the scope of this complex job: • Supplied a 48” x 48” #HotTapTee featuring a 48” Series B flange (rarely used compared to Series A). • Conducted a #3Dscan of the pipe as requested by the customer to support the tee's design. • Executed a 48” hot tap onto a 48” carbon steel pipe with a 0.5” wall thickness, containing #Hydrocarbon gas. • Inserted an #InflatableLinestop, an additional scope added during the #HotTap process. • The inflatable #linestop was effectively in place for approximately 5 weeks.
