Jaci, Kevin, and Mike organized a scavenger hunt that included rollerblading, a gondola ride over Spokane Falls, and a merry-go-round ride - and those were just the first three stops!

How do you juggle finding time to prepare for Christmas and ensuring day to day business continues as normal? and the big question is, is it ever too early to start? 🎄
As a big Christmas fan, my answer is no, it’s never too early! But between Christmas social media content, client messages, staff Christmas parties, community/charity support and more… time can escape you very quickly!
We like to make sure we have a team involved, rather than it being one person’s responsibility so we can achieve more in a shorter space of time and it remains manageable!

From a new business perspective, it's no small feat to grow an agency. For 30 years, no less. Striking the right balance of growth is a delicate dance.
Providing excellent care for your existing clients while running ahead to cultivate new clients. Building a sticky culture where top talent wants to stay while creating demand to grow the bench. Marketing for others, while also marketing for yourself. Staying heads down in the work while staying up on constantly evolving trends. You get it.
Holding all of these tensions is the daily work of growth. It's the daily inputs, those little disciplines that compound over time. Keep at it today!

We aimed for a message that was clear and direct because we wanted to maintain the clarity and transparency that has characterized HT-Cooling since its foundation, just two years ago. My predecessor did an excellent job in this regard, which I fully support. We are simply communicating what is happening, without filters. If telling the truth is disruptive, then we undoubtedly are.

Anyone familiar with the cooling market knows the Galletti Group, whose long history speaks for itself. With Galletti we share the approach to the market so, despite having different objectives, we immediately found ourselves aligned on the guidelines. Obviously, for a company of HT-Cooling’s size, being able to count on the support of a company of this type is certainly a benefit and I would say that rather than increasing, it enriches the value of our positioning on the market.

Joining the group does not change the quality and content of our value proposition. In fact, it enhances them. We will continue to emphasize the importance of dialogue and listening, which, combined with the experience and know-how of our technical and sales staff, have proven to be winning arguments in the market. We clearly understand who we are and who we can become, especially now with a group like Galletti by our side.

From our humble beginnings, we've embarked on adventures that could rival the best Hollywood movies. 🎬✨
Remember when we started in the garage next to the grandmother of diaper pants, with just a tabletop lathe and a bunch of crazy ideas? Well, since then, we've grown bigger than that bunch of crazy ideas, and that's saying a lot!
We've faced more obstacles than we can count: from technical issues that made us sweat more than a marathon in the desert, to emergency meetings that kept us up until the wee hours of the night. But each challenge has made us stronger, more resilient, and, well, sometimes a bit grayer due to stress, but that doesn't matter!
We keep moving forward!
However, it hasn't all been hard work and tears (though there were some of those too). We've shared moments of pure joy and camaraderie.
So here we are, raising our cups of coffee (or tea, or juice, or whatever makes you smile in the mornings!) to toast to another 10 years of successes, challenges, and above all, fun.
