Creating channel letters is straightforward, and almost anyone can do it. However, when customers approach you for channel letters, they often seek unique customizations, which can increase the complexity and cost of the project. Initially, a customer might request a basic channel letter at the lowest possible price. Later, the same customer might return and ask for improvements, such as a more polished edge. This would require additional work, like extensive grinding and sanding, which increases both effort and cost. As the customer continues to seek enhancements, they may request that the screws on the edges be hidden. Achieving this will make the installation more challenging and labor-intensive, further driving up the price. Next, the customer might want the appearance of the channel letter to be even more refined, possibly requesting an electroplated finish. To fulfill this, you would need to send the channel letter to an electroplating vendor, adding yet another cost. Ultimately, the price of these highly customized channel letters will be significantly higher than that of standard ones. It's important to determine whether the customer is willing to pay this premium. earlier I had closed a working custom embroidery business due to multiple factors, one of them being my faith and scalability issues. it was tough, real tough because I knew tailors, vendors, and built a customer base in 3 years. in fact we still receive custom embroidery orders despite closing it several months ago just because from the momentum of word of mouth. the custom designs which customers sent us kept going against my faith, especially when we went international and local base was growing. regardless, one hadith gave me hope. "Verily, you will not leave anything for the sake of Allah except He will replace it with better" I started struggling financially, faced some issues and close friends/ family said it was a stupid decision. some even told me to go do a job instead of being a burden. I know they were right, but there is no going back for me, once something is decided its either achieved or death. the humiliation that will come with taking that step of doing a business, and then quitting and hearing them say "we told you". I could not, anyways I did not lose faith... Allah then sent a person, who offered my page a rebrand, deleted all posts and uploaded new ones following a certain theme and now is generating approx 15k revenue a day with barely 2-3 posts. and to top it all, Allah made me get intl sales too managed to sell a hijab for 45 GBP which is about 16k PKR and it only costed me a little. now working on dresses which give about 40k to 60k profit per dress. to all those reading this, don't lose hope especially if you left for something for Allah. He will never let you down. You might be attached to a particular thing because of the years invested, just let it go if its haram. Allah will open new doors and when He does, there will be no comparison.

I sold Rusted Jewellery Yesterday, our college organized the Management Fest. Where, out of 9 competitions I participated in two of them. Furthermore, the first competition was Ad-mad, where we had to sell the product. But at the end we won the Second Prize 🏆. It was a time of enjoyment. But, This isn't as easy as it seems to be. The product which is usually given to us is something crazy and impossible to sell in the market. Out of the chits, we got the product of Rusted jewelry to sell. This was one of the trickiest and most interesting topics out of all. In the time period of 15 minutes, we discussed the selling strategy including creativity, humor, and acting. We decided the whole plot and all the elements to make it funny and catchy. We added the tagline "Rusted ही trusted hai"😂. Basically, We resembled the jewelry with the jewels of the kings and queens of ancient times. We introduced the advent of our antique jewelry. The act we performed was both humourous (with a genie 👻) and with some music 🎶. We were already the winners when we enjoyed the judge laughing at our advertisement 😁😂. Nevertheless, the second position is also a good one at least! PS: Have you ever also been a part of a Product selling competition (Ad-Mad)
