Congrats to Cerebras Systems on filing their S-1, clear validation of investor demand for AI and value migrating to semiconductor hardware (who doesn't want to be like NVIDIA!). Of interest is that 87% of their revenues comes from G42 who also led their series F. Recently, the Commission accepted a referral under Article 22 EUMR to review Nvidia’s acquisition of Run:ai. **AMD vs. Nvidia** AMD is set to acquire AI infrastructure group ZT Systems in a $4.9 billion cash and stock deal, marking its largest acquisition since Xilinx in 2022. This strategic move aims to boost AMD's presence in the AI data center market, positioning it to better compete with NVIDIA. Despite strong sales, British chip designer Arm saw a 3% dip in shares yesterday. ➡ Fiscal Q4 revenue soared to $928 million, up 47% YoY, driven by a 60% surge in licensing business to $414 million. ➡ Royalty revenue also spiked by 37% to $514 million. ➡ However, fiscal 2025 revenue guidance slightly disappointed many investors.
