Recently, Candost Dagdeviren handed me a bag full of electronics that he didn't need anymore. So the backlog of projects grows further and further. One quick project was this macrobox for Teams. I have other macro keyboards but wanted to make this big simplistic one solely for Teams. My previous headset wasn't wireless but had buttons on the cable for muting, unmuting etc. It was practical but eventually gave up the ghost. A few times recently, I have been taking notes in meetings and when asked a question, have been scrambling for the unmute button. In fact, once I hung up at a very important moment in a meeting. I still need to reorder the buttons and will put some appropriate stickers on, but this was a cool and simple project to build. It's very straightforward, 3x30mm arcade buttons, an acrylic project box and a raspberry Pi Pico.
