Mixed use is alive and well in higher education.
UC Riverside has broken ground on the Undergraduate Teaching and Learning Facility (UTLF), designed by Steinberg Hart in partnership with McCarthy Builders. This state-of-the-art building will provide lecture halls, classrooms, labs, and a dance studio all helping to foster collaboration across the College of Natural & Agricultural Sciences, The College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences, and the Bourns College of Engineering. The UTLF complex will serve as the new campus gateway building. Its flexible interdisciplinary spaces, and welcoming courtyard, will enhance student experience and promote cross-discipline learning. We're excited for the opportunities this project will bring to students!
