As SysMind celebrates its 25th anniversary, I feel privileged to share my experiences from the last four months at this remarkable organization. My time here has been filled with growth, learning, and a deep appreciation for the culture that SysMind has nurtured over the years. Joining the Team: When I first joined SysMind, I was immediately struck by the collaborative atmosphere and the drive for excellence that resonates throughout the company. From day one, I felt welcomed by my team, and it was clear that SysMind values not just skills, but the people behind them. I quickly adapted to the fast-paced environment, and the support I received from my colleagues made the transition smooth and rewarding. Exciting Projects and Challenges: In the past four months, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects. Whether it was handling critical hotfixes, developing new modules, or enhancing APIs, each task brought new learning experiences. One of the highlights has been the seamless integration of cross-team collaboration, where I worked closely with some of the most talented individuals like Gevorg, Chanchal, and Lakshay, among others. Together, we tackled complex issues, from FCM migrations to debugging translation issues, and each challenge helped sharpen my problem-solving skills. Growing with the Culture: SysMind’s culture of continuous improvement has been incredibly motivating. The regular standup calls, feedback sessions, and collaborative meetings have fostered an environment where innovation and growth are encouraged. I’ve seen firsthand how the company's commitment to delivering high-quality solutions drives every project, large or small. Whether it was discussing UI issues with Venk Sir or preparing release notes with Chanchal, each interaction has been a learning moment. Looking Ahead: As SysMind celebrates its 25 years of success, I am excited to be a part of its journey. These past few months have been both challenging and rewarding, and I look forward to contributing more towards the company’s continued growth and success. Wishing you all a Fantastic Monday. I just completed #12 years in the industry and on this occasion I am summarizing #journey so far. Chapter #1 I started my career as an Associate Software Engineer in July, 2012 with TatvaSoft. I was placed to work on #Moodle(LMS) project under a Senior Team Member. In a short time I was placed to work as a dedicated developer for UK based client and reporting directly the the senior project manager. This was the time when I got the kick to change the mindset, thought process, change the attitude towards the work for which I was getting paid. Suketu Hingu was the one person I picked to follow throughout 3.5 years of my tenure with Tatvasoft. I am thankful to Suketu Hingu for knowingly or unknowingly upgrade my skills and the capibility to take the leadership. One more important person I would like to mention is #VishalDesai to help me learn many career oriented things. Chapter #2 In November, 2015 I joined Inexture Solutions. I am thankful to Dharmesh Patel for giving me this opportunity and he was & he is my good friend. When I joined the team, it was not that much big and the process was not that much good as Inexture was in it's early phase. I accepted the challange and started working considering it my own company from Day 1. I delivered the very first project and then started leading the team. I helped organizing the team, setting the process, structure the hierarchy, tracking projects, setup proper operations. Having Ronak Luhar with me, we contributed setting up the very strong team. We, me & Ronak Luhar ended our journey at Inexture in April 2018. I made many good friends during Chapter #1 & #2 Anand Patel, Dipesh Gangani, Chirag Patel, Vivek Doshi, Amit Patel, Jaydeep C., Priyal Chauhan Prakash Rajput Chapter #3 While ending the journey of Inexture, me & Ronak made up the mind to have our own IT Services & Solutions agency, and came up with Infynno Solutions LLP. In couple of months Bhavdip Pambhar joined us and we became the Partners (Krutik Patel, Ronak Luhar, Bhavdip Pambhar). We incorporated our firm in #September #2018 and started working towards setting small goals & targets and achieving those. In this chapter we developed a very strong team capable of delivering complex projects and delivering the best solutions to the industry. Although we are not perfect but I am proud of my team, current and the past to achieve the milestones. There were many milstones on the path but the recent one was to move in to our own Office Premises. Many more to come.
