#nationalapprenticeshipweek George, Business Apprentice. During my apprenticeship I have learned and picked up many valuable skills not only for the office, but for day-to-day life. The main skill that this apprenticeship has taught me is the ability to adapt. Due to my apprenticeship involving constant rotations throughout the business I have had to learn to adapt to my new environments. This includes not only in a work sense but in a social sense. These different social environments helped me build confidence when speaking to new people whether colleagues or customers. This confidence also translated into day-to-day situations in my personal life, making it easier to build relationships and improving my self-belief when tackling new tasks. Covering reception helped improve my skills when answering the phone. This not only added to my confidence but also improved my communication skills due to the frequency of calls from a variety of different people. At the beginning of the month, our new apprentices and dual students, who started at the #CoroplastGroup in August, had the opportunity to talk to our CEO, Natalie Mekelburger, in person. In an open discussion, exciting questions were asked - and fascinating insights were gained for all involved. Here are some highlights of the conversation: 🔍 “Do you have any advice for us apprentices?” 👉 “Ask lots of questions – there are no stupid questions. Curiosity is the key to success!” 👩💼 “What makes Coroplast Group attractive for young people?” 👉 “Our motivated employees who wants to share their knowledge and the opportunity to take on responsibility from the very beginning.” 🧘 “How do you manage your work-life balance?” 👉 “With determination. 🎓 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 at Eckert & Ziegler! 🚀 We are thrilled about the 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of the 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 by our colleague 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝘇𝗮! 🌟This marks the 𝟰𝟯𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 at our Berlin HQ since starting the apprenticeship program in 2006. Her 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 have truly shone through during her time with us. We are happy, that Beyza will 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀 and take on 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 as a member of the export control team. Dr. Harald Hasselmann, CEO of Eckert & Ziegler, shares his thoughts on this accomplishment: “𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 to Beyza Günel on completing her apprenticeship as the first industrial management assistant in 2024! Meet Thomas, our Training Manger, who is responsible for our apprenticeship training.
