💥Stress Can Look Like... 💥 Stress can look like restless, anxious energy. When we're stressed, our bodies are in a heightened state of alertness, leading to feelings of agitation and unease. This can manifest as fidgeting, difficulty sitting still, or a constant sense of being on edge. This is our body's way of giving us more energy to resolve the challenges we're facing.
