Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Law School kicked-off by my partner Igor Kirman and moderated by thought leader Dorothy Lund, and featuring John Roe, Bruce H. Great discussion
Outstanding panel and discussion. Thought provoking to not just recognize trends (Boards proactively thinking like activists), but to forecast the implications both short and long term. Great to challenge the focus on Board structure versus decision methodology. Congrats to all panelists, Erica Mitnick Klein, Eric Talley, and the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Law School for a great event!
