We Are Hiring: Supply Chain Manager Location: New Cairo Position Type: Full-time Overview: Haya Karima Foundation is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods and services. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and optimizing logistics. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement supply chain strategies. •Manage inventory levels and tracking systems. •Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues. •Oversee logistics and distribution, including transportation and warehousing. •Ensure compliance with policies and regulations. •Manage the supply chain budget and identify cost-saving opportunities. •Collaborate with other departments and provide training to staff. KPIs: - Inventory Accuracy Rate (≥ 98%) - Order Fulfillment Rate (≥ 95%) - Supplier Performance Rating (≥ 90%) - Cost Savings Achieved (min. 5% annually) - Logistics Efficiency (Reduce costs by 5%, 95% on-time deliveries) - Cycle Time for Procurement (≤ 7 days) - Supplier Lead Time (≤ 10 days) - Compliance Rate (100%) - Staff Training and Development (100% annually) - Customer Satisfaction (≥ 90%) Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or certifications preferred). 10+ years of supply chain management -Experience, with 3-5 years in a managerial role. Experience in the NGO sector is desirable. Strong skills in supply chain processes, negotiation, and software.
