"Break the chains of complacency" I love this statement! For those who have heard of the The Tripwire Bottom Line (People, Profit and Planet), this speaks to it so well. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about - take a look. I get really tired of the politicization and rhetoric when we talk about sustainability, that it gets associated with some tree-hugging movement and we all have to make significant sacrifice. It's an outdated, bullshit notion. We can save the planet and be profitable/prosperous in doing it. Brad Liski from Tru Earth says this so well.I love how they invested into innovation rather than legal protections on IP, because "innovation shouldn't be exclusive." As a Tru Earth customer myself, I feel his frustration when he sees a great product like their laundry strips stacked up beside "rows of plastic." (don't get me started on the over packaging crisis we have). Great to see when companies focus on the future and not just on the short term. https://lnkd.in/gVbd4bp8
