Entrepreneurship Summit 2024 This Wednesday, my colleagues Helena Forsman and Jannike Falkman had the pleasure to attend the Entrepreneurship Summit 2024, hosted by the Kungl. Ingenjörsvetenskapsakademien, IVA. Chair Marcus Wallenberg, Investor, highlighted the need for ensured competence in organizations, and emphasized the importance of Triple Helix collaboration between the industry, academia, and government through engineering sciences. Hannes Helander, Head of Entrepreneurship at IVA, led the discussion on the future of entrepreneurship through Impact Labs as panellists Jacob Rudbäck (CEO and founder of Yepstr), Linnéa Kornehed Falck (Co-founder, Deputy CEO and Board member of Einride), and Tove Jarl (CEO of Ung Företagsamhet) shared their experiences of building companies. Linnea discussed the challenges of maintaining company culture during rapid growth, while Jacob emphasized the importance of cross-functional collaboration and utilizing foreign talent in Sweden. Tove stressed the need to challenge stereotypes of who can be an entrepreneur.
