In her first piece for CT Insight, Lisa Broad MSyI suggests that for many involved in counter-terrorism and the education sector, Martyn’s Law cannot come soon enough. - It's an excellent article, well worth a read. #counterterrorism #martynslaw #schoolsecurity #pupilsafety https://lnkd.in/gW5ivkjR

Yes Anders Behring Breivik, we don't ignore things and for sure we don't ignore even a book written by "terrorists" (in such case a crazy different way to do terrorism compared to all Arab terrorists) https://buff.ly/4c9UBji we will write about your "thoughts in future", now that we read what you wrote about sex in your book. But obviously, before we write such statement, we need to investigate some things more in details. Because we don't act with opinions, but with facts and stats. No matter what, we don't promote bullshit, like journalists did, even with the story of Anders Behring Breivik. via https://buff.ly/3uUaYjj #Utøya #Norway #Norge #AndersBehringBreivik #Breivik #Court #NorwayMassacre #NorwayTerrorism #Terrorism #Science #Investigation #BreivikDeathPenalty #terror #criminals #crime #criminal #police #safety #security #defence

And such book is cited! this is one of the best example we found until now! via https://buff.ly/4cc94uT #Utøya #Norway #Norge #AndersBehringBreivik #Breivik #Court #NorwayMassacre #NorwayTerrorism #Terrorism #Science #Investigation #BreivikDeathPenalty #terror #criminals #crime #criminal #police #safety #security #defence

Together with my colleague Maria Vliek, PhD I have published a chapter on the Dutch counterterrorism and counterextremism policies from the 1950s onwards. In this chapter, we trace the Dutch ‘broad approach’ to counterterrorism and extremism by focusing on the interaction between extremist groups, politics, public debate, and the subsequent development of preventing and countering violent extremism (P/CVE) policy and legislation. https://wp.me/p4VMMx-3EE

My publication "Terrorism in Central Asia: constituent elements in the development of criminal activity in the region" is now available in the Journal of International Relations of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). It is very gratifying for me to research, write and publish about this fascinating region here in Latin America. The full text can be accessed at the following link: https://lnkd.in/g2W47E2P
