The research explores how optimizing Depth-of-Discharge (DOD) improves battery life and economic feasibility in electricity markets, balancing efficiency and profitability. DEPLOYMENT! I'm convinced that this is what the next phase of decarbonising our economies is all about, rather than waiting for any new technologies to come along. Renewables, Pumped Hydro, Heat Pumps...the key tech to enable the energy transition is already here, now we just need to get on with it.
