Excited to Watch Bench Life on SonyLIV! I'm looking forward to watching Bench Life (Hindi) on SonyLIV! The show follows the story of three IT professionals—Balu, Ravi, and Meenakshi—each of whom is eager to be 'benched' for personal reasons. The series promises to offer insights into workplace dynamics, personal growth, and the challenges we face in balancing our careers and lives. With a stellar cast featuring Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Vaibhav, Charan Peri, Ritika Singh, and others, Bench Life is sure to be a relatable and inspiring watch for all professionals. If you're in the IT industry, you'll definitely connect with the concept of being 'benched'! Can't wait to see how these characters overcome their challenges and grow! #BenchLife #SonyLIV #ITProfessionals #CareerGrowth #PersonalDevelopment --- Meaning of "Bench" in IT: In the IT industry, being on the bench refers to employees who are not currently assigned to any projects. These employees are still part of the organization but are waiting to be assigned to new tasks or projects. The "bench" period is often seen as a time to upskill, rest, or prepare for future assignments, though some might view it as a period of uncertainty in their careers.

#Repost #Selfmotivation #Nevergiveup WE all feel Like QUITTING somedays! Walt Disney, Steve Jobs and Oprah Winfrey admitted to failures that could have reduced them to giving up on their dreams, but they kept going. * Steve Jobs was fired from Apple before returning and turning it into the tech giant it is today. * Oprah Winfrey was deemed “unfit for TV” before becoming a media mogul. * Walt Disney was fired from a newspaper for “lacking creativity”. The common denominator? Resilience. 💪 Here are a few ways you can build resilience in your own life: 1. Embrace Failure: See failure not as an end, but as a stepping stone to success. 2. Practice Optimism: Maintain a positive outlook and believe in your ability to succeed. 3. Set Realistic Goals: Break down your big dreams into manageable, achievable steps. 4. Build a Strong Support Network: Surround yourself with people who uplift and motivate you. So, are you ready to fail your way to success? #Repost

𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐈𝐧: 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 Two years at BukiHQ Dotcom have taught me something invaluable: consistency isn’t easy, but it’s powerful. There were days when the work felt routine, times when motivation dipped, and moments when I questioned the impact. Yet, I kept showing up. In PR, much like movies, music, and fashion, staying consistent means embracing every part of the process, even the challenging bits. The growth? It comes quietly but steadily. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈’𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲: 𝟏. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Filmmakers don’t wait for the perfect shot, nor do musicians wait for the flawless note. They create, improve, and release. I learned to do the same, trusting that each effort builds momentum. 𝟐. 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐀𝐝𝐝 𝐔𝐩: Consistency isn’t about big leaps; it’s about steady steps. Small goals, whether it’s closing a project or strengthening a client’s brand presence, have a lasting impact over time. 𝟑. 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡:As trends shift, so must we. Staying open to change has fueled my growth and broadened my perspective on what’s possible. Two years may not be a lifetime, but they’ve shown me the power of persistence and how much can be accomplished when we show up, day after day. Here’s to growth, challenges, and the journey ahead. #workanniversary #BHQMedia #PRandCommunications

Today I woke up thinking about “group genius.” I’d been to Seattle a total of three times before I started at T-Mobile — which just happens to be six years ago today. Each time there was some sort of a group focus. The first time, it was to see a concert. The third time, for a day-long interview loop. That second time, though, it was to give a talk: “Embrace the Cliches: The collaborative genius of rock bands, romantic comedies, and slow claps.” The central theme was that we all face different moments throughout life, alternating between being part of a group and taking a solo turn. Sometimes these moments are within our control, like quitting our pickleball league. Sometimes they are one of the many seasons of life, like an illness. But once you have that blueprint for “group genius,” you can glide through those moments of being alone and find yourself on the other side, back in collaboration. Six years ago today, I started this part of my career as a solo act. Today, I have as many other collaborators on the team I oversee as years I have been building out this function at T-Mobile. And numerous others across the company, and outside it as well. It’s always of comfort to me to remember that a solo turn may lead you to your next act, and that could be a supergroup — a position I am fortunate to find myself in today. #team #creativity #collaboration #genius

Each month we highlight an ExecThread member who’s a #CEO Today we spotlight Keith Dawkins, President of the Harlem Globetrotters, who shares some #career tips with us. 1) Who are you? “Husband, Dad, Mentor, Wanna-Be Chef, #Exercise Enthusiast, TV & #Sports Lover and on the side I’m President of the Globetrotters & Herschend Family Entertainment” 2) How did you find your current CEO role? “An awesome recruiter reached out in Oct ‘21; I started in Jan ‘22.” 3) What’s been the hardest part of being a CEO? “The Globetrotters had been operating a certain way for decades. Past #leadership had a singular vision of the Harlem Globetrotters as ONLY a tour. The challenge and #opportunity has been setting a new brand vision and getting buy-in throughout the organization. Some immediately got on-board, some took time and some never got on-board. Setting #strategy is part of the job; I find it challenging & thrilling.” 4) What’s been the most fulfilling part of being CEO? “We started the work of transforming the Globetrotters from a “tour only” business to a multifaceted global #entertainment brand and soon after the “wins” started coming. We produced the Emmy nominated series “Harlem Globetrotters: Play it Forward” with Hearst Media Production Group, signed a global licensing deal with IMG, brought Spalding in as a new global ball partner, launched a CSR initiative with partners like Microsoft, Comic Relief US & the U.S. Department of State, announced a residency at American Dream and we’ll broadcast a game with Gray Media, the first time the Globetrotters will be on live TV in >40 years.” 5) “Everyone wants to be in the driver’s seat but no one truly knows what it means to be in the driver’s seat, until you’re in it.” What does this quote mean to you? “It’s one thing to say to you want it but it’s important to have self-awareness and an understanding of what you want out of life. There are different ways to be “in the driver’s seat” and my career has always had to compliment the things that are most important to me which is my #family. I’ve been fortunate to work in companies that helped me to achieve #careergrowth while allowing room for me to be a very present husband, father & friend.” 6) What person in your life has inspired you the most & why? “My grandmother EllaRae Saunders, who’s not with us anymore. A black woman born in 1918 in the segregated, Jim Crow south. How did she navigate from being a granddaughter of slaves to becoming a restaurant owner in Ridgewood, NJ, a philanthropist (she started two scholarship organizations) and a pillar of the #community? Her spirit & sheer will were incomparable.” 7) What’s your advice to the next generation of business leaders, in 5 words or less? - “It’s will more than skill” Please join us and thank Keith Dawkins for his great #advice. Wrapping Up 2024, Gearing Up for 2025! This week, we had our last Townhall of the year, and honestly, it was such a great way to hit pause, reflect, and reset. We looked back at everything 2024 brought us—the wins, the lessons, and those “wow, we did that?” moments. 🙌 And then, we jumped straight into the exciting plans for 2025 (spoiler: BIG things are coming!). Townhalls like this remind us why they’re so important: ✨ They bring everyone on the same page. ✨ They spark fresh ideas and conversations. ✨ And most importantly—they make sure every voice is heard. We’re all about building a culture of openness, collaboration, and growth here at Kasplo, and townhalls are a big part of that. So, here’s a question for you: What’s one thing you love (or think could improve) about your company townhalls? Drop your thoughts—I’d love to hear them! 👇 #growth
