Great opportunity in the Maldives

Is it possible for you to get promoted at a job? Demand vs Supply: If there is an opening for one position, and there are 10 people eligible, the supply is greater than demand. Even though you are eligible, your chance to get promoted is just 10%. Meaning 90% chances are that you will not get promoted. If you have a budget of 10L and you have 10 different cars available within this range, you will buy a car based on your preference. If looks are your priority, you will spend 10L for a car which looks good but it may have a less mileage and less safety rating. The same way, when the management is hiring for one position and there are 10 options available, they will go for the one which they like. People are emotional and they take emotional decision at all the levels. It doesn't mean you are mistreated or you don't have a skill. You are just like a perfect car having many features, but the buyer will take the one which has specific features that he wants. If you don't understand demand vs supply, you will keep regretting for no reason. Do you know howmuch supply is available in the market for the exact type of work that you do?
