At C&B, a common phrase is “the people make this place great.” Without context, this can seem like a generic and canned phrase. So to offer up a bit more clarity as to who “the people” are, below is just a sample of those individuals who help create greatness here:
Stephen Liske, GBDS, Cassie Lowery, Zach Meyer, Parker Scott, CEBS– Incredible subject matter experts and consultants that I’m blessed to call friends.
Taylor Orton, CEBS, Adam Rathje– Patient and thoughtful mentors who have taught me innumerable lessons. They happen to be savants and good people to boot.
Joey Backus, Jared Sweeney, AAI, Brad Feldott, Kim Beck – Rockstars that have pushed me to be more, care more, and prepare more each day I walk into the office.
Melanie Hannah, Krista Sigman – Colleagues that fully embody the definition of “consultant” - able to navigate the incredible complexities of projects, policies, and Benefits in general.
Mike Pudlo, Colin Green, Brooke Boddicker – Sunshine in human form – they inspire me to bring more positive energy, smiles, care, and genuine kindness to each interaction I have - all while delivering excellent work.

4dSame . I interviewed 2 weeks ago and was turned down. I honestly thought it went very well , like Daniel I would like to know why . So I can better myself in future interviews.
