DON'T DEFINE the LINE. Sometimes what looks (and feels) like the FINISH LINE is actually the STARTING LINE of a brand new race. Some simple steps as you RUN: • Don’t DEFINE the Line. • Don’t DREAD what’s ahead. • Run with FAITH not fear. • Run towards WIN not sin. • Focus on YOUR Race. • Focus on YOUR Pace. • Finish when God says DONE. ... til then, keep having FUN! You’ve all been to the stadium and seen the athletes race. Everyone runs; one wins. Run to win. All good athletes train hard. They do it for a gold medal that tarnishes and fades. You’re after one that’s gold eternally. 1 Corinthians 9:24-25 msg Do you see what this means—all these pioneers who blazed the way, all these veterans cheering us on? It means we’d better get on with it. Strip down, start running—and never quit! No extra spiritual fat, no parasitic sins. Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we’re in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed—that exhilarating finish in and with God—he could put up with anything along the way: Cross, shame, whatever. And now he’s there, in the place of honor, right alongside God. When you find yourselves flagging in your faith, go over that story again, item by item, that long litany of hostility he plowed through. That will shoot adrenaline into your souls! Hebrews 12:1-3 msg YES! Adrenaline is pumping and I'm STILL RUNNING after the purposes of God! Lead me Jesus! I believe in the WIN! ~ Chilly #chillychilton #myjournal #myjourney #therace #finishline #startingline #leadership #calling #purpose #faith #fight #runningafterGod #dontquit #nevergivein #sinloses #JesusWON #letsgetit #go

You Are A Born Winner! God designed life for you to win and here’s how. In order to be considered a loser, you have to lose each and every time in each and everything, but in order for you to become a winner, all you have to do is win once, in anything. Not to mention, the fact that you’re alive means that God is not done with you yet and that my friend, makes you the Ultimate Winner. Here’s 3-characteristics of a winners mindset: 1) Winners always look at the cup half full, understanding there’s opportunity in every situation. 2) Winners always think about and expect to win but not just for themself, winners want everyone to win. 3) Develop a Greatness Mindset, a mind bold enough to believe that life is always happening for you and not to you, regardless of what it may look or feel. $drmarcbaxter #conductoroflove #belove2024 #godislove #youwereborntobegreat #thegreatmind #soultosoul #MotivationMoment

🌟 Facing Challenges: The Power of a Solution-Oriented Mindset 🌟 In both our professional and personal lives, challenges are inevitable. Whether it's a project hiccup, a team conflict, or an unexpected obstacle, problems can sometimes feel overwhelming. However, the way we choose to approach these challenges can make all the difference. Focus on Solutions, Not Just Problems 🔍 When we encounter a problem, it's easy to get bogged down by the details and stress of the situation. Yet, what truly sets successful individuals and teams apart is their ability to pivot from dwelling on the issue to actively seeking solutions. Here are a few strategies to cultivate a solution-oriented mindset: 1. Stay Calm and Objective: Emotional reactions are natural, but try to take a step back and assess the situation objectively. This clarity can open up new perspectives and possibilities. 2. Brainstorm Creatively: Encourage brainstorming without judgment. Sometimes the most unconventional ideas can lead to the best solutions. 3. Prioritize Actionable Steps: Break down the solution into manageable steps. Tackle them one at a time to make progress feel achievable. 4. Collaborate and Communicate: Two heads are often better than one! Engage with colleagues, mentors, or friends to gain different insights and support. 5. Learn and Adapt: Every challenge is a learning opportunity. Reflect on what worked and what didn't to build resilience and adaptability for future challenges. Adopting a solution-focused mindset not only helps in overcoming immediate challenges but also fosters a positive and proactive work culture.
