Reshma Saujani has me absolutely on 🔥this morning, this is motivation at its finest! It doesn't matter your age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, educational background, or gender. The only thing that counts is your readiness to step up, lead and lay everything on the line! You don’t have to be the smartest person in the room if you know how to assemble teams and bring the best out of the people on your team. It's about leveraging strengths, not highlighting weaknesses. Reshma message is clear: bravery over perfection, action over hesitation. I had these same experiences… In the rooms where the decision makers let their hair down and their real intentions were shown. It was disappointing. It also taught me, women do run circles around many men which is exactly why their use their power to keep us off the playing field. Enough is being revealed. We can shift the economics - we are the ones who make those buying decisions. Who can we work with to restructure the supply? Who can we work with to realign the environments?
