Job market is chaotic

If you are a fresher, companies require at least 1 year of experience. When you have 1 year of experience, companies require 2 years. When you have 2 years, they require 3 years. But overall, partial experience like 1.5, 2.5, or 3.5 years is not considered. Why? A candidate with 2 years of experience has a basic understanding, but companies expect multiple skills. 🥺I am writing with deep pain An engineer which done always well, graduated with honors still job less. Yes you heard it right . ✅Its Me a hopeless engineer with an name tag called #fresher over 700+ application whether it's #google #microsoft #accenture #infosys #cognizent #tcs and many more but always rejection. I don't have words to say ,writing this after I can't see any direction ,don't know where I have gone wrong ,Is there a fault to be 2024 batch passout . ✅When ever I approached to any HR or founder, for any job profile and ask them if they have any position for freshers , market is not in that condition that I can say any software developer position, I can only say any position is there or not but always the same answer NO❎. ✅If I ask for referral some of they say ,don't ask for it you should earn . My answer is that how can I earn without getting a chance to showcase myself,my skills, my abilities with an resume ATS 90% Score the companies always sent the #Unfortunately we are not forwarding your application" hence meeting all the criteria & skills all what they want. ❓Hence I am requesting to all companies, founders, HRs please gives me a chance to showcase my skills to put in the orginization what I have learned in my 4years journey.
