📢 CAIDP Participates in G20 Planning Sessions for Civil Society The Center for AI and Digital Policy participated in a planning meeting of the Civil Society constituency (C20) for the upcoming G20 Leaders Summit, hosted by Brazil 🇧🇷 later this year. Recently, our Summit of the Future Pledge Network, an informal collective of more than 100 cross-disciplinary leaders, convened for monthly updates and insights from around the world: 🔴 We celebrated our recent successes from the Pledge Network across different regions - we heard about Kenneth Nsah (Mala), PhD championing the government of Cameroon, Valeria Colunga, Abril C., Marimer Baltazar and Mercedes Baltazar Lobato in starting a civil society coalition in Mexico, and James Balzer, MSusDev MPP, Cheryl Doig, Daouia Chalali, Deyanira J M., developing an intergenerational fairness evaluation framework for city governments' policies in Melbourne. 🔴 We received a comprehensive update on the Summit of the Future agenda and the current state of the Declaration on Future Generations. 🔴 We heard insightful deep dives about intergenerational thinking in New Zealand and the upcoming Finnish Youth Summit of the Future - many thanks to Thomas Blakie and Paula Pättikangas. 🔴 We hosted practical workshops on how to engage with NYC missions, mobilising cities and Ministries of Foreign Affairs.
