Some ways we can ensure we remove barriers and create opportunities: Attitudinal barriers: don't see just the disability - see the person and the talent they bring to the place Environmental barriers: Make spaces more inclusive, from sidewalks to doorways. Institutional barriers: Challenge discriminatory policies and practices while creating more awareness Communication barriers: Ensure information is accessible for all, including captioning and sign language.
