Hi, I'm Alexander Lizzy. I work for education, specifically, yes, international language schools. I'm the executive vice president of technology, responsible for all the systems that we use, what we call in production for all our campuses around the globe. People think that the changes system can be like in our transport. In my mind that that's true, I think is often more like a brain transplant or a personality change. So I think the biggest challenge is really to identify ideally how the processes should be and align to the SAS that you selected. We definitely went through an MVP process. Due to the seasonal nature of we have, we have a huge big intake with the more than 100,000 student in total during the summer period. So we had about five to six months to add them all migrated. We're talking about 60 schools in three continents. And therefore we identify what were the minimum valuable features that they needed. And also we added a few really nice to have killer features to ensure that there was a very nice buy in by the teams. And the ones that went through the intake with then return it and added all the additional features that they needed. The advantages to do an MVP is that you are able to reach to more location. You can focus on the features that are really important and also gain the buying from the staff. You also has a shorter training because you have less feature to to train them on and you can make sure that they really used to the new. Wave operator, I think there is always a human component people have been using are all system, some in excess of 10 to 15 years and it's not about their seniority or their age is really about sometime in the mindset. And also some of them had their negative experience in different system which of course made them very concerned about any changes. And that was the first step is to make sure people are part of the change and not be changed. We had a lot of conversation before the system was in place to identify the processes. All the new staff embrace the new system very well and another fact that they loved it at first sight. With a lot of preparation. So I would suggest everybody to prepare. Make sure you know what's your data. Ma show you ever good? Teaching material every time we learn something new and we continuously improve our teaching material to make sure that everybody knew how the system worked. So my advice to anybody who's considering to changing system is first of all select your vendor. At the end of the day, they will be with you not only during the migration and analyzes out to do it, but they're also going to be there for you in the long run as you add more features as they are more features.
