Andreessen Horowitz recently shared the big ideas they're tracking in 2025. Something that stood out was "Sales renaissance: AI automation will lead to increased hiring of sales representatives." This felt counter intuitive to me at first but Salesforce recently announced that they need to hire 1,000 more people to sell + support AgentForce, which is meant to... replace sales and support reps. Seems like the oldest profession in the world is in safe hands. 😵💫 🤷♂️
