What do you do when you stop hitting company goals? I support the mighty Foxes, Leicester City, who at the moment are, though still near the top of the Championship going through a period in the doldrums. Yesterday they played Bristol City who emerged victorious in a hard-fought match, with Anis Mehmeti's 73rd-minute goal proving to be the difference between the two sides. Despite losing the game Leicester maintained their second position in the table at least for a short while, finishing the day in third place after other results. One wonders how Leicester City’s manager, Enzo Maresca, can turn his team’s morale around after they were a full 12 points ahead of the field in the league to now being in third position after this recent series of recent bad results. When things go wrong in your business situation and your team is feeling low how do you approach turning things around?
