Female Founders to Support Today🌟 These incredible women are turning their visions into reality - and they're doing with it so much passion and drive, many while still working full-time.💪✨ At FUNDH3R, we’re proud to showcase and support these female founders who are shaping the future, one campaign at a time. From innovative products to community-driven projects, each of these campaigns represents a dream worth backing. Did you know that women founders receive just 2% or less of venture capital (VC) funding? This gives women a disadvantage, withholds the world of their ideas, and even hurts the bottom line. However, founding teams that include a woman outperformed by 25-35% ROI. FFP supports #TWOPERCENT, a volunteer initiative dedicated to raising awareness of this funding gap and advocating for change. Together we can make a difference, driving change for women around the world, and for our future generations! #FemaleFounderes #VC #WomenEntrepreneurs #InvestInWomen #GenderEquality

I helped to organize an event for 450+ female founders. Here’s what I learned: While in NYC, WeStand was a marketing partner for The Startup Station's “Breaking Barriers,” an event focused on what women founders CAN control—their mindsets, teamwork, and financial skills—rather than the sad stats. We’re helping to close the gender fundraising gap. After weeks of persistence and iteration, we developed a marketing strategy that brought together 70+ founder communities, 450+ registrations, Women's eNews as a media partner, Bank of America as a sponsor, and more! Tips from incredibly inspiring female founders and investors: - With only a $5K grant behind her previous startup, Tiffany Norwood went on to raise $670 million. Her key to success? Self-efficacy—the belief that you can succeed because you've done similar things before. She recommends applying past experiences to tackle bigger, more complex challenges. - Divya Reddy suggests reframing prevention questions to promotion questions. In investing, prevention-focused questions often center around risks and pitfalls, while promotion-focused questions shift to growth and positive outcomes. - Naseem Sayani says to bring an energy focused on creating opportunities for investors. Instead of saying, "Help me," say, "I’m onto something and I’d love for you to be part of it." - Jeanne Mariani Sullivan says to find your business voice—it could even be a “velvet hammer.” I’m grateful for the valuable lessons from Victoria Yampolsky, the outstanding speakers, and the community partners who made this event possible. What a week it's been! Our incredible development team have been working tirelessly on our #FUNDH3R platform - an absolute game-changer for how women invest and raise capital - and everyone's hard work and dedication means we've been able to bring the launch date forward to 23 November and we are SO grateful and SO ready! With some remarkable female-founded businesses ready to start their crowdfunding campaigns with us and a long list of female investors ready to create/grow/diversify their portfolios, these women are part of something really special, transforming the funding landscape for women once and for all! This week, we’ve welcome FLOCKHERE, Rhae AI, Emiliana Hall's PregnaHub and Singularity to name a few. Our team is working around the clock to create campaigns for our first 50 female-founded businesses that not only showcase the brilliance of these ventures but highlight just how worthy of investment they are. With welcome packs sent and female investors excited to support innovative female-founded businesses in diverse fields - from health and tech to AI and consultancy - we are all getting very excited for the real, tangible change that's about to take place. Finally, a safe space for female financial #growth, made by women, for women. We were thrilled to introduce two new expert coaches to The Female Network this week - Dr Claire Vowell and Thea Brook, CMA, who are here to guide our founders on every step of their business and investment journeys. We’re excited to have you both on board and can’t wait to work together! The #YouveGotWhatItTakes campaign has also been an incredible force this week, showcasing the power and potential of female entrepreneurship. Campaigns like this are vital to our mission, giving women the confidence to step into the world of investing and fundraising with purpose. At #FUNDH3R, we’re here to turn that confidence into action. Our platform is designed to empower women not just to start but to thrive in business, providing a system of collective capital and support that has never been available to women before. Together, we’re building a future where women confidently own their financial growth and redefine what’s possible in the world of business and beyond. 🙌 Wishing everyone a lovely weekend! #investinwomen #femalefunding #collectivecapital #womeninbusiness

What is FUNDH3R, and How Are We Helping Female Founders? FUNDH3R is a revolutionary #crowdfunding and support services platform, built exclusively for women. Why? Because we know how notoriously difficult fundraising and support can be for female founders. Our mission is to democratise the funding process, putting the power back into the hands of backers who understand the unique challenges women face, who believe in supporting other women, and who have the resources to collectively make a difference. The reality is staggering: women now hold 60% of the UK’s wealth, yet female-founded businesses still receive less than 2% of venture capital funding. The power to change things is already in womens hands - we just needed a platform to enable the change. That’s where FUNDH3R comes in - a safe, financial space to connect female founders with women who are ready to back them with funding and help each other succeed. Join Us for Our Hard Launch in January We’re thrilled to announce that FUNDH3R is soft-launching on 23 November with some carefully selected female-founded businesses. This soft launch is our opportunity to test the platform, fine-tune the process, and grow our community of over 300 pre-registered backers. It’s all about building momentum and making any necessary changes to ensure our hard launch on January 27th is a resounding #success. We’d love for you to be part of this movement and join our hard launch campaign in January. This exciting milestone will kick off with a high-profile launch event, featuring some of the UK’s most inspiring female founders, media coverage, and key supporters. With FUNDH3R now backed by Angel investors - having secured our first funding round earlier this month - we’re ready to put those resources to work for you. This is your chance to raise the funds you need, gain exposure, and connect with a powerful network of female-focused #supporters. Pre-register now at FUNDH3R.COM #investinwomen

I’m getting personal about my experience fundraising as a female founder in Sifted and I need your help. It took time to find the words, but here they are: I was assaulted by a potential investor who exploited his position, using promises and dangling introductions to lure me into being alone with him. So I did what I know how to do, I found reprieve in my community and I spoke to women. A lot of women. Every woman that I spoke to who had fundraised had a similar story. Every. Single. One. From being asked on dates, being sent inappropriate texts and/or photos, meeting outside of office hours, to physical assaults. I started to wonder: Could this be another barrier that limits women’s ability to fundraise? Is this contributing to the gender gap in securing VC capital? Today I’m introducing you to Safe Raise, a platform that exists to better understand the current landscape of fundraising for female founders and create safer spaces for everyone to access equitable opportunities. …But we can’t solve the problem unless we understand the problem so I NEED YOUR HELP. To Female Founders: have you fundraised anywhere in the world and want to create safer spaces to fundraise? Help us gather data on the realities for female founders and fill out our questionnaire via our website safe-raise.com. To VCs, Angels, Investors: The data Safe Raise is collecting is demonstrating an urgent need for genuine systemic change in an otherwise unregulated industry. We HAVE to do better. Women deserve to thrive in safe spaces and that starts with you. I’m looking for my first 5 institutional VC’s or angel networks that are interested in creating safer spaces for women to raise. Get in touch at info@safe-raise.com or the form on our website at safe-raise.com. Safe Raise does NOT exist to name and shame but to understand trends leading to actionable change. All identifiable details will be redacted. Female Founders, your data is completely confidential - your stories will never be shared but used anonymously to understand the existing ecosystem. Thank you Freya Pratty for writing this piece and championing women's voices.
