Last week, we spoke at the 2024 BioPharma eMarketing Summit with UberEvents.io where Suzanne Kirkendall, MPH, MCLC explained the crucial role of health literacy and behavioral science in activating patients and healthcare providers. When information is delivered following health literacy principles, it not only leads to better health outcomes but also fosters better patient-provider relationships.
