We exhibited at the America’s Credit Unions (CUNA) Marketing & Business Development Conference in Las Vegas last week. We’ve noticed a few trends among credit union folks: First off, financial education and empowerment are white-hot. Of course, these have always been strong suits for credit unions, but there’s always the question of “uh, well, how do we actually, y’know, DO that in the age of apps, attention, and AI?” There were multiple vendors here with great solutions for making your members smarter. #financialeducation #creditunions #technology #sharedidiz

Learn how CBC Federal Credit Union (FCU) used Zelle® to drives member growth by delivering a digital-first experience members want. While CBC FCU initially sought to have about 10% of members with checking accounts using Zelle® within one year of the launch, they instead saw an incredible 44% of this member segment became active users of Zelle® within that timeframe.
