We're excited to share how we helped a $600m enterprise SaaS platform upgrade their open source IAM tool and reduce load times by 83%.   One of our clients faced a challenge: Their standalone Keycloak deployment was several versions behind, creating technical debt and limiting scalability. Their internal team was stretched thin, focused on maintaining current operations and feature development.   Here's how we tackled it:   - Upgraded from Keycloak v18 to v25 - Migrated from standalone to Kubernetes-based deployment - Preserved 600+ realms and all custom extensions - Achieved zero downtime during transition   The results? Load times dropped from 15 minutes to just 2.5 minutes.
