Tight back? Give this exercise a try. The goal is to get your leg all the way over but obviously if you are tight, that isn’t going to happen. Start slow and ease your way into a healthier lower back (plus increase your turn in your swing 🏌️♂️). #golf #golfperformance #golffitness #chiropractic #TPI

The “waiter position” (tray position) is a part of serving style that typically doesn’t interfere with our serve, but it can sometimes be problematic. This is because it can lead to early forearm pronation and prevent proper entry into the cocking position. There are various ways to correct this. Here, I’ll show you one method where we start with a supinated forearm, with the racket strings facing up towards the sky. Try to maintain this wrist position all the way to the trophy position. By doing this, we avoid the racket dropping flat, because for it to drop flat, the forearm has to be in a neutral or pronated position. Ideally, for our serve, the best position is palm down, but this method can help if you’re struggling with the waiter position. #tennis #serve #tenniscoach

The do’s and don’ts of corporate golf: 1 - If you’re the first person to putt, don’t walk off the green. Make sure you’re the one to pick up the flag stick and replace it in the hole once everyone else finishes. 2 - Don’t keep playing if you've hit double par–make sure you pick up for that hole and stay considerate of the pace of play for the reminder of the group. 3 - Fill your cart partners divot, its a small act of kindness that goes a long way. Save this now so you remember these tips next time you head to a corporate outing! ⛳️ #CorporateGolf #GolfEtiquette #GolfTips
